Associate Attorney Responsibilities: Establish and manage a litigation department. Preparing/drafting pleadings. Discovery demands/responses. Motions/oppositions. Defending and taking depositions. Court appearances for motions, conferences, and trials. Appeals Qualifications: JD graduate. 3+ years of experience in litigation. Prior litigation legal experience a must. Ability to prioritize and multitask. Nust be licensed to practice law in the state of New York with 3+ years experience and handle the cases independently. Must have hands-on experience in 2+ of the following areas: commercial, divorce, trademark, landlord-tenant, and labor law litigations. Strong organizational skills. Work independently. English is mother tongue.
