Associate Attorney The candidate will involves an intense training program personally supervised by Mr. Rohlfing. Will spend a majority of their time reviewing administrative transcripts, researching and writing persuasive briefs for filing in federal court. The work will entail representing claimants in different federal courts and Circuit Court of Appeals. Will review new and open cases during the initial, reconsideration and hearing level to determine merit of the case; implement case development and strategy; prepare the client and case for the administrative hearing; and represent clients before an Administrative Law Judge. Must be specializing in Social Security law. must have recently passed the July 2019 California Bar Examination. Must have excellent written communication skills, computer proficiency, and a keen desire to advocate on behalf of disabled individuals.
