Our Premises Liability Personal Injury Attorneys will receive: Base salary Guaranteed commission Competitive ongoing commission fees / bonuses (uncapped) Full benefits package Hiring a Premises Liability Personal Injury Attorney Our law firm is looking for an experienced Premises Liability Personal Injury Attorney to join its quickly growing practice of plaintiff's personal injury lawyers and supporting case staff in our offices in Alpharetta, Georgia. The successful candidate will handle a heavy and complex case load from pre-litigation, litigation, trial prep and trial. Cases may include representing plaintiffs in slip and fall; security negligence; wrongful death; dog bite / animal attack; and other cases in and around North Atlanta, Alpharetta, and the surrounding ATL metro area. Qualifications To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications: Law degree (J.D. / JD / Juris Doctor) from a fully accredited law school An active member in good standing with the GA (Georgia) bar Minimum 3+ years of personal injury premises liability experience Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases Excellent client service and communication skills Self-starter driven by long-term career goals Superior writing and oral advocacy skills Compensation & Benefits Our law firm offers a generous and competitive compensation package for our Premises Liability Personal Injury Attorneys, which includes a base salary, guaranteed commission, and competitive ongoing commission fees / bonuses (uncapped), as well as a full benefits package. Additionally, each litigator will have a large case staff assisting them, including a dedicated paralegal and a dedicated legal assistant. Overview At our law firm, we are looking for an experienced Premises Liability Personal Injury Attorney to join our quickly growing practice of plaintiff's personal injury lawyers and supporting case staff in our offices in Alpharetta, Georgia. The successful candidate will handle a heavy and complex case load from pre-litigation, litigation, trial prep and trial. Cases may include representing plaintiffs in slip and fall; security negligence; wrongful death; dog bite / animal attack; and other cases in and around North Atlanta, Alpharetta, and the surrounding ATL metro area. The Premises Liability Personal Injury Attorney will be responsible for day-to-day handling of both pre-litigation and litigation cases in Georgia, Atlanta Metro Area, Alpharetta, Roswell, etc., drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memoranda, guiding plaintiff clients through the case process, and interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits, as well as attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Qualified candidates will possess a law degree (J.D. / JD / Juris Doctor) from a fully accredited law school, be an active member in good standing with the GA (Georgia) bar, have a minimum of 3+ years of personal injury premises liability experience, the ability to manage high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases, excellent client service and communication skills, be a self-starter driven by long-term career goals, and have superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
