Associate Attorney The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of client s case including drafting pleadings and motions, legal research, discovery, and attendance at court hearings, mediations and trials. Should be licensed to practice law in Florida for busy civil and commercial litigation practice. Must preferably have 1+ year of experience in Civil Litigation/Family Law and have excellent writing and language skills, be self-starter and demonstrate a solid ability to work independently and handle a large caseload.
