Law Firm is searching for an experienced Workers Comp and Personal Injury Claims Coordinator to join their team. The Claims Coordinator will be responsible for handling cases from start to finish in an efficient and accurate manner. This position is a full-time position and offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Responsibilities: Provide high level of customer service to clients and communicate with clients in a friendly, cordial and professional manner. Workers Comp medical coordinator working closely with medical providers to obtain workers comp Utilization Review ("UR") approvals, medical records, disability notes and physician narrative reports. Auto Claims medical coordinator managing PIP/MedPay payments, health insurance payments/liens and Medicare/MA Health payments/liens. Manage assigned cases from start to finish (pre-litigation and litigation) in an efficient and accurate manner. Process medical insurance payments for both workers comp and PIP claims and do any necessary trouble shooting to process health insurance liens and/or Mass Health and Medicare liens. Meet deadlines, multi-task and keep clients updated on case progress on a regular basis. Keep attorneys updated on case progress and trouble shoot insurance claim issues with attorneys. Requirements: Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus but not required. Previous plaintiff workers comp and/or personal injury claims/litigation experience in Massachusetts (3-5 years). Bachelor's degree or higher. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent and friendly customer service skills. Ability to problem solve and flexibility adjusting task priorities. Computer and technology proficiency required including case management systems, Dropbox, MS Office 365, Adobe Acrobat and working in a paperless office environment scanning documents and working with electronic documents in PDF format. Ability to work alone and also work collaboratively in a team environment. Must have reliable transportation and be able to work on-site 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (M-F). Job Type and Pay: Law Firm is offering a full-time position with a competitive salary of $65,000-$80,000 per year.
