Immigration Paralegal The candidate will assist attorneys with complex removal defense, employment-based immigration petitions, and nonimmigrant visa applications. Assist clients in application for naturalization or lawful permanent residency. Organize and analyze information and files. Draft and prepare memos, petition letters, and other legal documents in support of immigration matters. Research and analyze immigration case laws, administrative decisions, and executive orders. Draft and provide responses to client's inquiries. Keep clients informed by providing status of their immigration matters and Draft letters and emails to clients. Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience as a paralegal in immigration law firm is required. Excellent writing skills in English required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. required.
