Litigation Paralegal Duties: Draft correspondence to counsel, clients and insurance companies. Draft stipulations and forms to obtain records, draft discovery and responses to discovery. Draft pleadings to include witness disclosures and Pre-hearing statements. Prepare exhibits, ER904 and jury instructions.
Qualifications: American Bar Association certification or accredited paralegal training institution. Excellent writing, communication, document management, legal research and interpersonal skills; Significant litigation experience, particularly with discovery; The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently.
