Litigation Attorney Candidate will be expected to work independently, but will report to the managing attorney, who is board certified in real estate law. Supervising attorney will assist candidate with case analysis and strategy as needed, and will be available to assist candidate during all phases of litigation. Candidate will otherwise be expected to work independently and move litigation files forward toward successful resolution in a timely manner. Will be on aggressively litigating real estate related matters and resolving real estate related disputes. Qualifications: Be licensed by the Florida Bar Association (required). Have 1+ years of litigation experience. Additional years of litigation experience preferred. Possess extensive knowledge of Florida rules of civil procedure. Possess basic knowledge of real estate and business law (required). Possess in depth knowledge of real estate law (preferred, but not required). Have experience in related fields such as business law, probate, wills/trusts (preferred). Have an existing book of business or established connections in the real estate industry (preferred).
