Insurance Defense Paralegal The candidate will assist with discovery requests and responses; conduct document searches; collect applicable records via authorization/subpoena; organize documents and coordinate document productions, including bates-stamping, redaction, production logs, and e-discovery. Manage calendaring and tracking of case deadlines throughout the life of a case. Prepare litigation status reports and other project updates. Prepare materials for oral arguments, depositions, mediation, and other litigation proceedings. Prepare for trials, including organizing exhibits, witness materials, trial notebooks, and other supporting documents; and coordinating trial logistics. Conduct legal research. File and retrieve documents on federal court database. Review, analyze and summarize client and plaintiff-submitted documents. High school or equivalent experience is preferred. Should preferably have 2+ years of Paralegal experience. Prior insurance defense and/or personal/bodily injury litigation experience is required. American Bar Association-approved Paralegal Certificate is a plus.
