Spanish Speaking Personal Injury Paralegal Responsibilities: Work with clients to process their injury case from start to finish. Delegate duties to other team members. Manage a roster of clients and a team of other assistants. Prepare legal documents and court pleadings. Drafting demand letters. Manage and track deadlines. Managing attorneys calendars. Job Type: Full-time Experience: Bilingual: 4 years (Required) Language: English (Required) 3 hours ago - save job - report job Candidate will have: 1) some college or formal paralegal training, 2) (4 years) experience in personal injury, litigation support, or other relevant legal experience, and/or 3) experience as a paralegal. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines, pressure, and providing excellent service to clients. Ability to work well with co-workers, attorneys and clients is an absolute must. We value hard-work, quick thinking, and the ability to process information and execute on assignments timely and efficiently. Fluent in Spanish and English. Native Spanish speaker preferred. A strong record of great customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail oriented. Self motivated. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
