Associate Attorney The candidate' must have 1+ years of experience. Should have experience in Federal and State Courts, with significant general liability, trial, and complex legal research involvement. Must be self-starter, who will make a positive contribution to the team chemistry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with an ability to conduct insightful research and a flare for persuasive writing is required. In addition, we are seeking an associate who has the ability and desire to critically analyze complex issues and produce an excellent work product. Should be comfortable assuming immediate responsibility for a significant caseload, and will be content working as an integral part of a collaborative team.
