Litigation & Debt Collection Paralegal Part-time The candidate will prepare for trial by preparing trial briefs exhibits, subpoenas, evidence, and motions. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. I.e.Communicate with Clients; Prepare Attorney Calendar; Copy/Scan Documents; Prepare Hearing Folders. Previous experience in a legal environment. Should have experience of debt collection & litigation or a lawyer who possess strong research and writing skills. Should be asked to perform varying writing assignments such as drafting motions and preparing memorandums. Excellent Writing Skills & Legal Research. Should rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture.
