Associate Attorney The candidate should be a junior associate to assist in pre-litigation and litigation. The firm focuses on representing first party property owners and assignees of benefits for insurance claims. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a full case load, draft, respond to discovery. This position with involve motion practice court appearances and trial preparation. Should also possess a strong work ethic and solid writing skills. Experience in insurance law is preferred but training is provided. Licensed to practice law in Florida required. Knowledge of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure required. Ability to travel for inspections and hearings required.
