Paralegal The candidate will work and learn directly from their lead attorney, have direct client contact, and have primary responsibility for managing cases with attorney supervision. Must have a 2-year degree with Certification from an ABA-approved paralegal program is preferred and 1 year of relevant experience; Customer service training and background are highly desirable; demonstrate excellent communication skills; verbal, interpersonal, and written; demonstrate strong attention to detail, personal organization, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Must be talented, hardworking paralegals with integrity, commitment to excellence, and a willingness to grow.
