Attorney The candidate will be responsible for writing pleadings and motions in highly contentious family and divorce cases in state court; Handling discovery; Writing briefs for state court and appeals; Attending hearings in civil litigation and immigration cases. Assisting Supervising attorney with trials. Preparing Complex visa applications support letters and packages. 1 year of litigation experience is preferred. Bachelor's preferred. Spanish preferred. Should have fluency in Spanish. Excellent analytical and writing skills required. Must be admitted to the bar. Must like litigation or have an interest in practicing family and immigration law. Experience in civil litigation required.
