Litigation Paralegal Candidate must have 3-5 years strong experience in civil litigation in construction firm. Proficient in drafting correspondence, pleadings, discovery and other documents. Must demonstrate excellent writing skills and attention to details. Must be able to calendar for multiple attorneys. Must be able to handle a fast-paced, high-volume work Excellent oral communication skills, comfortable and proficient communicating with client and attorneys. Organized and efficient. Proficient in word and excel, Courtcall, and filing legal documents with the court.
