Patent Paralegal The candidate should preferably have a Bachelor's degree preferred and paralegal certificate is a plus with 4+ years of prior related experience; proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel), Adobe Acrobat required; experience supporting patent preparation and prosecution in the United States and in filing PCT applications and coordinating non-US patent prosecution; experience filing documents with the USPTO and in retrieving information from the USPTO patent and trademark systems and experience filing PCT applications; experience with Prolaw, Anaqua or similar document and practice management systems is a plus; understand docketing and the skills necessary to draft and edit complex documents and should have familiarity with the preparation of IDSs; strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
