Entry Level Insurance Defense Paralegal The candidate responsibilities include discovery management; records retrieval, case preparation, drafting motions and responses to discovery. Experience of 1-2 years as a Legal Assistant or working in a high volume, fast paced environment/law firm is preferred. Should possess a solid knowledge of MS Word, case management systems and pleadings. Proven ability to meet deadlines, possess a strong attention to detail, and the ability to independently maintain and monitor a diary.
