Real Estate Paralegal The candidate will draft title opinions, conduct searches of public records, examine titles and summarize information with regards to deeds, leases and other documents in West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Ohio under the direction of an attorney. Prior title abstracting experience is required. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills; organizational skills; computer skills; attention to detail, as well as the ability to convey information effectively; and work efficiently with a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment. Ability to multi-task and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) and plotting programs (NetDeed Plotter, etc.) required. Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new skills and retain information. 2 year of experience preferred.
