Insurance Defense Litigation Paralegal Candidate must have one of the following: 1) A Paralegal Certificate from an accredits paralegal program, 2) be certified through NALA or 3) a FRP through The Florida Bar. Must have 5+ years of defense litigation with experience that includes large complex cases. Experience with premises liability defense, bodily injury defense, medical malpractice defense, products liability defense or construction defect defense preferred. Must be able to following insurance guidelines, bill time accurately and efficiently and be prepared to handle paralegal tasks from inception of case through trial alongside our top notch attorneys.
