Immigration Attorney The candidate will be responsible for represent clients in immigration court. Prepare and draft supporting evidence, motions, briefs. Conduct jail visits in immigration detention centres. Represent clients before USCIS. Licensed to practice law, preferably in Texas. Must have 2+ years of removal defense experience. Works well under pressure. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent research skills. Ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Passionate about immigration defense.
