We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. ## Senior Immigration Paralegal at The Costas Network Law Center, LLC The Costas Network Law Center, LLC is a boutique immigration law firm located in Independence, Ohio, 15 minutes south of Downtown Cleveland. We are seeking an experienced immigration paralegal to join our team and provide assistance to 5 immigration attorneys. This position requires a highly motivated and driven individual who is passionate about immigration law and helping others. ### Job Description The Senior Immigration Paralegal will provide client-related assistance to immigration attorneys by preparing immigration petitions and applications, communicating with clients to collect necessary documentation, managing the client database, providing interpretation support (if the applicant speaks Spanish), undertaking legal research relating to asylum claims, helping draft motions and pleadings to be filed in court, and managing a diverse case load of various immigration matters. This is a fast-paced environment with a high case load, so the ideal candidate must be resourceful, detail-oriented, and have strong organizational and time-management skills. ### Requirements * BA degree preferred, some college completed required * At least 1 year prior experience as immigration paralegal (preferred) * Spanish fluency preferred * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with people from diverse cultural and economic backgrounds and personalities * Interested candidates must provide a cover letter along with a resume ### Benefits The Costas Network Law Center, LLC offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including PTO and paid holidays, medical insurance, and 401K.
