Probate Associate Attorney The candidate will prepare and fill documents with Courts. Direct communication with Clients. Draft & preparation of pleadings to open, administer, and close estates. Research and compose legal documents related to motions. Appear in court in support of active cases. Supervise legal assistant and paralegal. Should have 3+ years of probate, wills, trust, and estate planning. Oregon State Bar License is preferred. Member in good standing with the Oregon State Bar Association is required.
