Attorney at Law - Personal Injury The candidate will be responsible for appearing for no-fault cases, various court appearances for personal injury matters including EBTs, PC, CC, motion appearances, etc. Will prepare pleadings, discovery and motions (if needed). Must have 2+ years of experience. Should have knowledge of personal injury litigation and/or no-fault collections process. Must be a member in good standing with the Nevada Bar.
