Associate Attorney The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of a clients legal case including meeting with clients, pre-trial and trial preparation, attending hearings, depositions and mediation and extensive motion drafting and networking of a Civil Litigation law firm. Must have outstanding legal research and writing skills. Must have strong desire to appear in court. Should be admitted to Florida Bar. Must be graduated less than 2 years ago. Must be a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. 1+ years of Legal Research experience is preferred.
