Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will handle a heavy and complex case-load of cases from pre-litigation, litigation, trial prep, and trial. Day-to-day handling of both pre-litigation and litigation cases. Draft and file litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandums. Guide clients through the case process. Interact with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting expert reports and affidavits attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. A Law degree from a fully accredited law school is required. Should have 3+ years of personal injury experience. An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association is needed. Should have the ability to manage the high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases, Excellent client service and communication skills are essential. Self-starter is driven by long-term career goals. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills are needed.
