Senior Associate Attorney The candidate must have 3+ years experience and work on all phases of student and special education matters such as: residency, placement, discipline, expulsion, policy, IEE, IEP, Section 504, and Due Process claims. Direct experience handling IEP meetings and Due Process matters is absolutely necessary. Experience in handling student/special education cases from intake through hearing is necessary. Actual hearing experience is highly valued. Should have demonstrated leadership experience, excellence in academics, and contributions to their communities are highly valued. Must be self-motivated, independent, ethical, and committed to the practice of representing school districts in matters involving students.
