Personal Injury Attorney The candidate should have a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Should have 3+ years of experience in representing pre-litigation personal injury, premises liability and motor vehicle accident clients. Should have good standing with the State Bar of Georgia is required. Bilingual in Spanish or another language is preferred. Should have a proven track record of strong personal injury settlements and demonstrate a deep understanding of insurance law, strong analytical skills and discerning communication. Must have a strong work ethic, and excellent negotiating skills prepared to assume responsibility for a catalog of cases and be client-facing.
