Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will join a team of real estate litigators. Will represent clients in court, in depositions, at mediation, and in arbitration. Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Advise clients on litigation strategy and alternatives. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Must have 1+ year of experience in a position that required multiple appearances in the Superior Court. Familiarity with various legal documents is needed.
