Legal Secretary The candidate must have experience in military law, criminal defense and personal injury litigation. Must be willing to be a team player and professional, well-spoken and technologically proficient with good writing skills. Must have experienced in the following areas: handling drafting correspondence; filing and e-filing in local, federal and superior courts; communicating with attorneys, court clerks, clients, calendaring deadlines, hearing dates, obtaining medical and billing records, setting up first and third party claims etc. Must be able to file documents, retrieving/organizing files, copying, scanning and emailing/mailing correspondence, answering multiple phone lines. Must have a pleasant demeanor, ability to multi-task, detail orientated, and motivated. Type min. 60 wpm. Should have experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Pro. Should be quickBooks and CLIO a plus.
