Immigration Paralegal The candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills. Should have a proficiency, or fluency, in speaking, reading, and writing in Spanish. 3 years of relevant experience as a paralegal is desired. Should have a familiarity with two or more of the following matters: H-1B visas, L-1 visas, E-3 visas, RFE responses, TN visas, Extraordinary Researchers (O-1) visas, changes of status matters, company transfer matters, and PERM applications.
