Family Law Paralegal Candidate must have the ability to juggle multiple projects with strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills in a very fast-paced work environment. Extensive prior experience with family law will allow you to be successful from day one and to take full ownership of projects. E-filing, court deadlines and scheduling of hearings and depositions. Qualifications: Candidate must have 2+ years' experience in a family law firm setting, be confident working in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with our philosophy of putting clients first. Experience with MyCase and Registered Florida Paralegal and Notary a plus. Extensive Famitly Law Experience. Ability to work accurately and effectively in a highly confidential, detail and results-oriented environment with a high degree of discretion and diplomacy. Ability to act proactively with a high degree of independence and initiative and with minimal direction as well as to work as part of the team. Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal); a commitment to professionalism, integrity and collegiality. Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook). Requires excellent administrative skills, problem solving capacity. Solid verbal and written communication skills are essential.
