Estate Planning Attorney The candidate' will work directly with the partners of the firm. On a regular basis, the Attorney will meet with clients to develop individually designed estate plans, draft estate planning documents, and research legal and tax issues. In addition, the Attorney will have the opportunity to work with and guide clients and their families through the probate and trust administration process with the possibility of expanding into our other practice areas. Responsibilities include: Should have One to three years of experience drafting estate planning documents in Virginia; Ability to draft basic and intermediate estate planning documents; Knowledge of elder law and special needs is helpful; Bar (Preferred); Ability to administer probate estates in Virginia is a plus; Ability to prepare fiduciary accountings is a plus; Demonstrated client relationship skills; and Should be Licensed to practice law in Virginia. Candidates must demonstrate high standards of professional excellence, a commitment to outstanding client satisfaction, ability to work well with others, and a strong work ethic.
