Associate Attorney The candidate will manage designated litigation caseload Participate in court appearances, mediations and depositions Communicate with clients and provide status reports Maintain client relationships Prepare pleadings and coordinate discovery with clients Conduct legal research and trial preparation Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects. Should have 3 - 5 years of experience. Must be a self-starter and able to work independently and with a team. TX State Bar license is required. Should have 2+ years of litigation experience 1+ years of insurance defense experience Well-versed in drafting motions, pleadings, memoranda and briefs, and discovery required Exceptional communication, writing, and research skills are required.
