Immigration Attorney The candidate will review, prepare and present cases before EOIR, and make legal determinations as to the possibility of relief. Responsibilities include, legal research, legal document preparation of applications and administrative duties. Attend Master Calendar Hearings, Bond Hearings and Individual Hearings. Spanish required. Law License required. US work authorization required. The Applicant should have the ability to write legal briefs that discern particular social groups, understand the legal standards and evidence required to seek Cancellation of Removal(s) and seek additional forms of relief before the Immigration Court and Board of Immigration Appeals. Writing sample required.
