Litigation Paralegal Candidate will work on multiple projects for attorneys in the office and will collaborate with paralegals working remotely from other parts of the U.S. Scheduling appointments and depositions, electronic filing, mailing, scanning and calendar and task management. Implement verbal and written instructions; carefully follow office and technology protocols without being overly rigid; maintain a pleasant work environment in stressful situations; complete projects quickly without compromising the quality of work product; and complete multiple tasks in an environment involving frequent interruptions.
Qualifications: Must have both the ability and willingness to: adapt to new situations. Preferred experience with: litigation and document management software, such as Practice Master and Worldox; and basic business management software, such as Microsoft Office suite, file sharing software such as File Share, and portable document format (pdf) software, such as Adobe and Foxit. Excellent writing, verbal, client service and organizational skills; superior attention to detail; facility with information management systems and cloud-based technology; and a strong grasp of basic clerical functions, such as word-processing, editing written work product.
