Associate Attorney The candidate will join civil litigation law firm. Should have 1-3 years of No-Fault insurance defense/SIU experience. Membership in the Michigan State Bar is required. Must possess an excellent academic background, exceptional oral, written, communication and interpersonal skills and established research and writing capabilities. Responsibilities will include: factual investigations, legal research, drafting pleadings, substantive motions, persuasive case evaluation summaries and thoughtful written discovery, conducting examinations under oath, depositions and trial support.
