Senior Commercial Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 10 years experience. Will be managing commercial litigation matters, as well as complex workout, real estate, and other general corporate and transactional matters. Must be able to think and work independently. Applicants should have strong communication, writing, organizational and computer skills. Should also have strong time-management skills and be able to handle multiple tasks from several partners and associates with conflicting deadlines at the same time. Must be familiar working in Pennsylvania and New Jersey state and federal courts. Significant experience with complex electronic filing is required. This role will require assisting with voluminous discovery requests and responses, document productions, exhibits, and motion practice. Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience with Relativity and Westlaw preferred.
