Pre-Litigation Paralegal The candidates will be expected to manage all aspects of a case including, but not limited to, primary contact for all involved parties, use of case management system, request and evaluate medical and investigation records, and preparation of court and settlement documents. Should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Should be Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and case management software. Must have 2-3 years of experience as a Paralegal in a personal injury firm or law firm. A Bachelor's Degree and/or the successful completion of an accredited paralegal program is a plus, but not required.
