Paralegal Assistant The candidate will be required to draft various legal documents, perform general filing-related tasks, and assist attorneys in organization of case-loads and litigation. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Preparation and editing of legal documents. Management of a sizable workload, while maintaining ability to multi-task and prioritize projects. Assist managers and attorneys in communicating with courts. Entry of data to Firm's case-management system. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
