Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 5+ years of experience. Should preferably have law firm experience in general personal injury work including client interaction, drafting letters, drafting pleadings, drafting discovery, medical billing and records requests, drafting medical chronologies/summaries, ability to file court documents, ability to cut deposition clips, summarize deposition transcripts, manage courtroom demonstratives and trial notebooks, calendaring, scheduling, etc. Strong academic credentials, writing skills and interpersonal skills are required. First-rate customer service skills needed. Must have good with people/communication skills. Legal writing skills needed. Must have legal research skills (Lexis and Westlaw). Mediation experience is preferred. Trial experience is desired.
