Paralegal / Legal Assistant Pre-litigation The candidate will join Personal Injury law firm. Fostering and maintaining an excellent rapport with clients through consistent communication. Corresponding with providers and insurance adjusters. Obtaining and organizing documentation required at different pre-litigation stages of the case. Obtaining witnesses statements when needed. Processing PIP. Obtaining prior injury/medical and claims/lawsuits history. Sending notice letter to Medicare/Medicaid lienholders as well as tortfeasors. Must have excellent organizational skills and be detailed oriented. Should have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Should have 5+ years of pre-litigation, motor vehicle experience.
