Paralegal The candidate will be preparing clients for recorded statements and EUO's. Will be preparing Demands and sending them to the appropriate insurance company; Negotiating settlements; Requesting any necessary medical records; Generally assist attorney with pre-suit claim handling and demands. The candidate must have 1+ years of personal injury experience and MUST BE BILINGUAL (English/Spanish). Must be able to work with a large number of cases, work in a team environment, organize priorities and provide outstanding customer service to clients. Should have experience with PIP SUITS and pre-litigation demands. Should have working independently with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple cases within a fast-paced work environment. Should be detail oriented. Should have ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Should have proficiency in computer-based technologies. Should have ability to work collaboratively within an internal team as well as with outside parties including clients, opposing counsel, experts, medical providers, adjusters, etc. Must have experience with management of high volume PIP litigation, preparing pre-suit demand letters and calendaring demand letters. Must be familiar with general insurance documents; able to categorize and index to client files. Should have experience coordinating depositions, hearings, etc.; scheduling, corresponding with opposing counsel and clients. Drafting correspondence; editing and finalizing pleadings and other legal documents. Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, exhibit a professional demeanor, be reliable and possess strong organizational and analytical skills.Please email resume for consideration.
