Paralegal Litigation Candidate will be working with multiple attorneys in a fast-paced environment. Prepare and schedule Attorneys for Hearings, Depositions, Meditations, Trials and Appeals. Process Court Documents. Check Requests. E-serve court documents. File Documents in State and Federal Court. Send Out/ Follow up with Service of Process. Maintain calendars for multiple Attorneys. Prepare and file pleadings. Draft Follow-up Letters to Responses.
Qualifications: Paralegal Certificate a Plus. 3+ years working in a civil litigation law firm a must. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Excellent problem solving skills and organizational skills. Must have exceptional client service skills. Must be technologically savvy, and fully and effectively utilize available technology and automation. Must be organized, able to prioritize work load, possess superior writing skills.
