Legal Secretary The candidate will assist with probate and real estate matters including; probate filings, trustee sale, tax lien foreclosure and deed preparation. Works closely with attorney and clients. Must have familiarity in searching online for County records i.e.; recorder, treasurer and assessor for all counties. Must also have; Proven experience as legal secretary. Should have Knowledge of MS Office and Worldox. Should have proficiency in English. Outstanding time-management and typing skills. Ability to multitask and being comfortable dealing with a diverse pool of people. Legal Secretary certification or diploma a plus.
