Litigation Attorney The candidate will handle litigation matters involving business law and real estate related matters, including community association law. Confer with clients. Draft/review/respond to substantive pleadings, motions, discovery. Attend/chair hearings, depositions, mediations, as well as negotiate settlements. Attend community association meetings. Should have 3+ years experience handling litigation. Community association law experience is a plus. In good standing with the Florida Bar is required.
