Litigation Paralegal The candidate will play a major role of support in the areas of plaintiff s medical malpractice, wrongful death, and personal injury. Responsibilities include case management, medical records organization and chronology, investigative research, discovery & trial preparation. A 4-year undergraduate degree in English, History or related field is required. Must have 2+ years of litigation experience with substantial knowledge of medical records organization and review and experience with high-level writing.
