Attorney Technology Contracts The candidate must have graduate of an accredited law school and has passed a State Bar exam. Must have 1+ years prior experience in a law firm, corporate, or other legal environment. Must have some knowledge and experience drafting and negotiating contracts with clients, vendors, and other strategic relationships, including software license agreements, hardware purchase agreements, SaaS agreements, and other IT-related agreements. Must have work towards independently negotiating contracts to reflect requirements that meet client needs, including minimizing exposure and liability. Must have effectively interact and work with senior partners and clients. Must have work remotely while embracing cloud-based technology to remain regularly connected to the other attorneys in our law practice. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills (e.g. presentation, listening; and report writing). Experience negotiating financial technology agreements at a community bank, credit union, or a vendor that services community banks and credit unions is a plus.
