Liability Attorney The candidate should possess 2-3 years of experience, Virginia bar required, D.C. and Maryland a plus, experience in general litigation a plus. Experience with billing hours, the ability to communicate effectively and frequently with clients, opposing counsel, and all levels of management. This is a hands-on position with billable hours with heavy litigation. Our primary practice areas are: products and premises liability, slip and fall, construction, nursing home, med-mal, auto tort and trucking. Salary will commensurate with experience.
