Legal Secretary - Workers Compensation The candidate will provide direct support to attorneys, file management, and correspondence. Draft routine correspondence, scan and file memos, medical reports, correspondence and legal documents. Maintain calendar and track deadlines. Help organize attorney's time and keep files moving. Create and format pleadings, discovery and other documents. Provide administrative support for attorneys in court and at the office. Collaborate with other offices. Prepare correspondence to clients, doctors and defense representatives. Administrative duties. Should have 3+ years of experience as a workers' compensation legal secretary preferred. Must have experience assisting attorneys and/or executive staff. Should have proficiency in Word, Outlook and A1 Case Management. Knowledge of A1 Case Management software a plus. Prior Applicant experience a BIG plus.
